Orders

Sending an order through the checkout is a request, not a purchase. Nothing is charged on this website. We reply by email to confirm the order, the delivery cost and how to pay, and the order is accepted only when we confirm it and you have paid.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. If a price on this site is obviously wrong, we will tell you before anything is paid and you can choose whether to go ahead at the correct price.

Delivery

The delivery cost and time for your address are confirmed with you by email before you pay.

Changing your mind

If you are buying as a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at support@groovea.net, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of returning them. We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you have sent them. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled more than was needed to check them.

Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you are entitled to a repair or a replacement, or in some cases a refund. Tell us at support@groovea.net. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights the law gives you.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. Wherever in the United Kingdom you live, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
