This notice explains what GROOVEA does with the information you give it. GROOVEA is a trading name of UMER GROOVE LTD, a company registered in Northern Ireland, company number NI742656. Registered office: Office 1950, 92 Castle Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 1HE, United Kingdom. UMER GROOVE LTD is the controller of your personal data. What we hold, and why

When you send an order, the checkout writes your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and any notes into an email to us. We use them to confirm your order, arrange payment and deliver it, and for nothing else.

What is kept in your browser

This site sets no cookies. It keeps your cart in your browser’s local storage under the name groovea_cart_v1, so that it survives a refresh. It holds product codes and quantities only, and it is never sent to us on its own. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.

Who else sees it

Your email provider and ours carry the order email, and the delivery carrier receives your name, address and telephone number so the parcel can reach you. Nobody else, and nothing is sold or used for advertising. There is no analytics or tracking on this site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and anything held beyond that is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@groovea.net. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
