Returns and refunds

14-day right to cancel

For most eligible goods purchased online, UK consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving a reason. After notifying us, you ordinarily have another 14 days to send the goods back. Some categories of goods are excluded by law; any exclusions that apply will be made clear before purchase.

How to request a return

Please email noman@groovea.net or call +44 7882 523771 with your order number and the item details. We will provide the appropriate return procedure and parcel-return address in writing. Do not send items to our registered office without confirmation.

Return postage

For eligible change-of-mind returns, return postage may be payable by the customer where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase. Faulty goods, items not as described and incorrect shipments are handled in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Where statutory cancellation rights apply, eligible refunds are processed within the legally required timescale, generally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or reliable proof that they have been returned. Standard original delivery charges will also be refunded where the law requires. Refunds normally go to the original payment method.

Faulty products

This policy does not reduce your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
